3 Bedroom House with Internet, Wellness Facilities and Entertainment

Completely renovated home in a neighborhood off S Lamar, 0.8 mi from the square! 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms! The endless hot water tank means no one has to take a cold shower.
Large Smart TV’s in all rooms - 5 TV’s total! Apple TV & Remote in Living room and King bedroom.
A large open kitchen with an island that seats 4. Ping Pong Table can convert to Air Hockey Table or regular dining table and seat 6 people. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need including paper plates, zip lock bags and other conveniences.
Living room with 70” TV, ceiling speakers plus Amazon Prime. Other apps such as FUBO and Netflix are loaded, just login with your account.
High speed internet, sound system inside and back yard plus a grill & outdoor fire pit (firewood included). Strong WiFi and Cat5 hookup in all bedrooms and main living area for direct computer connections. Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles in the drive & 1 under the carport, there is free parking at the street. Driveway is on an slight incline (the carport is not on an incline).
The house is 0.8 miles from the square and most neighborhoods this close to the square have college students, ours is no exception.
Children are welcome at the house but we do not recommend young children or toddlers. There is a brick step in the kitchen that leads to the playroom and there are no bath tubs in the house.
Disclosure - security cameras on exterior of front of home and in carport (the recreational area by the fire pit can not be seen at any time). The camera's do have the ability to pick up sound but we do not monitor this, all alerts are turned off when guests are in the home.
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and submit a copy of their drivers license, agree to house rules and sign rental agreement.

Summary: This property is beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. It was a perfect place for our family to celebrate graduation, but would work well for couples or families for any weekend get together in Oxford. Heather, the host, was incredible in her communication. The home had all the amenities we would want, great street, and plenty of parking. It is also really conveniently located to stores and a reasonable walk to the square. We would absolutely stay there again!
